Camden

Located just off the Capitol Beltway, this contemporary mixed-used development is ideal for those who prioritize convenience. This neighborhood is home to prime amenities like IKEA, Milk & Honey Café, and more.

Cherry Hill

Situated just off exit 25 of the Capital Beltway and one mile from the University of Maryland at College Park. Students and University employees, biking to work is an option via the Paint Branch Trail.

Autoville

College Park Woods

Crystal Springs

Located just outside of the Capitol Beltway this tranquil, quiet community located along route 193. Crystal Springs is home to primarily single-family homes with tree-lined streets and larger lots.

Lord Calvert Manor

This vibrant neighborhood is filled with some of College Park’s newest and most exciting additions The Aster, Trader Joe’s, Crunch, and The Spot Mini to name a few. In this neighborhood, you’ll primarily find modern apartment buildings.

Hollywood

Located in North College Park, Hollywood is a unique neighborhood with a collection of Cape Cod revival, Traditional Variation, and Colonial Revival homes. There are many green spaces to hang out, including Hollywood Dog Park, Muskogee Playground, Hollywood Neighborhood Park. Hollywood is a short walk to the Greenbelt Metro Station on the Metro Green Line.

Daniels Park

This diverse, vibrant neighborhood straddles Rhode Island Avenue, Route One, and MD 193. Relax after a long day with a pickup soccer game at nearby Duvall Field, or take your four-legged bestie to Hollywood Dog Park.

Oak Springs

Located adjacent to the Rhode Island Avenue Trolley Trail, Oak Springs is at the crossroads of Greenbelt Road, Route One, and Rhode Island Avenue.

Branchville

Old Town

This historic neighborhood is home to College Park Metro Station A the National Register of Historic Places and a Prince George’s Designated Historic District.  In this neighborhood, you’ll find everything you need including retailers in City Hall Plaza and cultural events at Old Parish House hosted by College Park Arts Exchange.

Calvert Hills

Calvert Hills is a historic neighborhood listed on the National Register of Historic Places developed with the advent of the suburban streetcar communities of Washington D.C. in the early 20th century. The neighborhood frames two of D.C.’s major transportation corridors, Route One (Baltimore Avenue), the WMATA Metro Green Line and the MARC Commuter Railway. The Rhode Island Avenue Trolley Trail, a paved ‘rail-to-trail’ path regularly enjoyed by residents, commuters, and students alike.

College Park Estates

College Park Estates offers access to miles of parks and nature trails, including the adjacent Lake Artemesia. This neighborhood is home to many of College Park’s unique amenities, including the Junior Tennis Champion Center, the Aviation Museum, College Park Airport, and College Park Farmer’s Market in the Spring and Summer.

Yarrow

Yarrow is a neighborhood with access to miles of parks and nature trails, including the adjacent Lake Artemesia.
